Virtual Guided Spiritual Journeys with Sacred Cacao

Cacao, the Great Heart Opener, is a community builder. It opens doors for you to create a heart centered connection with powerful allies in nature including Sacred Mountain Spirits, Archetypal Power Animals, Healing Ancestors, Ritual Plants, and Elementals.

In these journeys, we invite the ancient spirit of Cacao into our bodies, minds, and hearts to create healing on all levels. Our connection with Cacao is based on the wisdom of our teachers from the Ashaninka Tribe of Peru and the history of the people of Mesoamerica, the Olmec, Maya, Aztecs, and Mazatec, among others who have historically been the keepers of Sacred Cacao.

Working with the consciousness of Cacao enhances your ability to feel love, compassion, and empathy for self and others. It improves life force energy and vitality and helps you to express that life force in a productive, focused way that is in complete alignment with your higher self.

Focusing on the chemical gifts of Ceremonial Cacao, you will boost immunity, prevent chronic degenerative diseases, and stop cellular free radical oxidation. Cacao also contains beneficial neurotransmitters and neuromodulators to support hormonal expression of love, joy, motivation, and creativity.

Cacao Dieta Journeys

Power Animals

In this four-week, heart-centered dieta with Sacred Cacao, she expands our nature community and connects us with the medicine of our brothers and sisters in the animal kingdom.

We start by connecting with the four-legged animals, the keepers of the middle world and Mother Earth. The archetypal medicine of these animals is physical, grounding, and protective.

As we go deeper in our work with Cacao, she opens the upper world by connecting us to the winged ones of the upper world and the heavens. The medicine of the archetypal birds gifts us with expanded perspective, higher wisdom, and connection to our divine self.

Finally, we descend into the sacred waters and the depths of our subconscious mind. Cacao gives us access to the serpents and swimmers of the inner world. The snakes, whales, and dolphins share the medicine of excavation and the uncovering of your true self. Cacao then teaches you how to love your true self unconditionally.

Ritual Plants

Here, Cacao allows us how to connect with the Master Plants of Ritual, Purification, and Prayer.

Copal and Cacao have such an intimate and entwined synergistic relationship that working with the two together amplifies the medicine of both exponentially. Copal is a plant of celebration, honoring, and sending gratitude. It shows us that spiritual work doesn’t have to be serious. It can be joyous, playful, and freeing.

Sage is a powerful ritual plant that teaches us protection. She teaches how to take up space, expand, know your own power, and your own boundaries. She holds those for us until we know how to hold them for ourselves.

Palo Santo sets sacred space. He reveals the sanctity behind all things. This wakes us up from believing life is boring or mundane. Everything becomes beautiful. Every moment is treasured. Life becomes non-stop delight.

Frankincense sanctifies and transcends. The smoke of this most holy plant asks you to give up your suffering and teaches you to identify with your higher self, just for a moment. When you call him in through ritual, when drinking your Cacao, you are brought into the realm of the masters of light. You become the light so you can be the light while in your human body.

Sacred Mountains

In this Cacao dieta, she is our ambassador to the holy realm of the Spirits of the Sacred Mountains of the World. In the Andes Mountains of Peru, the Apus, or Mountain Spirits, are powerful teachers, healers, and protectors. With Cacao’s guidance, we build strong relationships with these ancient beings of nature.

We work with a balance of masculine and feminine mountain spirits from North America, South America, and the world. In traditional lore, connecting with a mountain is connecting with the Divine. The mountain itself is Divine, and if you are in relationship with it, you have a personal relationship with God or Goddess.

Drinking Cacao is also considered an act of sitting with divinity. In fact, Indigenous people enter a cacao grove to deepen their personal relationship with the Goddess. When you drink Cacao, you embody Divinity. It awakens within you. It shines from you. You embody it and see it reflected in others.

Cacao Dieta Workshop Experience

The experience portion of the dieta includes the informative email program, guided meditations, and other tools to support your individual at-home journey. You will prepare and drink your Cacao ceremonially once per day. Most people prefer to drink their Cacao in the morning or early afternoon because it contains stimulants, mostly theobromine (a heart-healing chemical), but also some caffeine. Some days you might drink the full dose; other days, only a micro dose. You get to decide, depending on how you’re feeling.

Cacao creates inner space where living from the heart, not the mind, is natural and comfortable. Only when you connect to the world with your heart will you hear Spirit’s quiet voice. Each journey with Cacao builds your community with nature allies. Each journey also gently and lovingly heals blocks in your heart that keep you from fearlessly connecting as yourself with all of life.

During this dieta, you can expect to be inspired with new solutions, and for your creativity to be stimulated. Time will expand, and you can expect to experience flow and greater ease. And of course, you can expect the love you feel for yourself, others, and life to grow and blossom.

Cacao does not require food or behavior elimination.
