Virtual Guided Spiritual Journeys with Amazonian Jungle Plant Medicine

The Jungle Workshop is a sacred journey built around the ancient shamanic traditions of the Ashaninka lineage from the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest. The Jungle Plants teach us to be in right relationship with nature. The plants give us so many gifts, so we sacrifice some things in return. This workshop includes elimination of alcohol, sex, and pork for four weeks.

Each plant we work with is a wise and generous healing spirit offering centuries of spiritual and medicinal healing for humans. You pick which plant to work with during each dieta depending on your goals and intentions. Profound shifts can happen on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

We offer four levels of shamanic teachings, deepening your understanding and connection with each new plant you diet. Progressing through the experiences exposes you to new powerful elements of nature, helping spirits, and ancestral connections. You receive new guided meditations and initiations to expand your energy bodies.

Ajo Sacha

Believed to be magical and makes you invisible to dense or dark energy. It connects you to nature and gives you the gift of sight and visions. Ajo Sacha is THE plant the shaman’s take to open the third eye to receive visions and improve intuition.

Ajo Sacha is a master at working with the human subconscious and therefore brilliantly instructs you through direct, clear, and meaningful dreams. Even for those who don’t typically dream, this Amazonian Master Teacher plant will remove the blockages between the conscious mind and the (subconscious) dreaming mind.

Ajo Sacha is an amazing overall regenerative tonic for our physical bodies. It helps strengthen our bodies by detoxifying, cleaning our blood, boosting our immune system, providing anti-inflammatory support, and enhancing our mood. It increases brain activity and the ability to focus and concentrate. Medicinally, it is anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, treats uterine disorder, and epilepsy.

Bobinsana

The big heart opener. She assists in opening up the courage needed for true expression of heart’s desires. She illuminates any dysfunctional habits in the mental and emotional bodies that make relationships with self or with others difficult. She transforms us out of selfish egoic thinking and helps us create compassionate, healthy boundaries. Medicinally, it is top-notch at removing patterns of depression. It is used as immune system support, and to give energy and stamina. It is anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic.

Chuchuhuasi

A huge Amazon tree known as “The Great Balancer.” In the shamanic tradition, the spirit of this medicine is an ancient enwisened elder and doctor. Along with her tremendous knowledge of healing, she imparts in the dieter a sense of patient and relaxed confidence and rule over one’s own life; power with humility, action with contemplation, strength with flow. She balances the masculine and feminine aspects of the self and teaches when to say yes and when to say no. She balances all hormones, tonifying, strengthening, and enlivening the body, turning back the aging process. Medicinally, the bark of this tree is used for pain relief, arthritis, adrenal support, regulating the menstrual cycle, for impotence, and to increase libido.

Mucura

Mucura teaches us to step into our power and to become more confident through self-acceptance and positive self-image. She assists those who are not living life to the fullest potential and lack initiative, direction and follow through by shifting negative mental states. She gently encourages us to moving fearlessly onto our soul’s path and to enter into a meaningful life purpose. She helps us to find what that life purpose is and to accept full responsibility for our own choices.

On the physical level, mucura is that plant most used to ward off colds and to cleanse and clear the respiratory system. It is also used for depression, diabetes and arthritis.

Renaquilla

Although often considered a tree, Renaquilla is actually a large vine that wraps itself around a host tree, eventually becoming inseparable and at one with its host. Renaquilla’s unique healing qualities deliver the same binding energy to join, bond, unite, and strengthen anything that’s broken:

on the physical level (bones, ligaments, tendons, hernias, and wounds)
on the emotional level (inciting love and happiness between family, friends and foes)
on the spiritual level (creating unity consciousness with fellow man and spirit)

Considered a female plant, the Shamans say that Renaquilla brings us back into harmony with the natural world and our relationship to life. Her powerful teachings help to resolve strife between couples and family members by unifying and connecting through forgiveness.

This powerful plant has the unique ability to reprogram our neural network — by coding our system with new improved cellular health — resulting in an expanded awareness and shift in consciousness. This is a great teacher for anyone doing hands-on healing work as it heightens your intuitive awareness of bone and connective tissue-related issues.

Tamamuri

Known as the “The Great Detoxer”, this big tree of the Amazon imparts the dieter with physical and mental strength and purification. The shamans see the spirit of Tamamuri as an old and powerful warrior with a long white beard and a staff.

He protects those who diet him well as he draws out and clears negative energies and emotional traumas trapped in the body. He is particularly good at detoxing deep-rooted fears and teaches a more mature understanding, processing, and expressing of emotions.

On the physical level, Tamamuri cleans the blood and liver so completely that it can arrest autoimmune disease, reset stress response hormones to quell chronic anxiety, eradicate chronic disease symptoms, and the immune system’s reaction to environmental allergies. It detoxes the nervous system of heavy metals with such profundity that memory and cognition can be vastly improved. It reconnects the gut-brain relationship and has been shown to heal food intolerances to gluten and dairy.

Uña de Gato

A very sacred herb in the shamanic tradition. It is a bridge and balancer between the worlds of the physical and spiritual. It installs in your energy field the fearlessness, the power, the agility, and the confidence of the Jaguar. It teaches you how to live life as if you are the king or queen of your jungle, always landing on your feet and moving through life with grace. It connects you to your helping spirits, spirit guides, and ancestors. It heals your soul first and your physical body follows.

Medicinally, it has been used to treat cancer, HIV, infection, viruses, and various causes of pain. It lowers blood pressure and cleans and thins the blood. It detoxifies and protects cells from free radicals. While not it’s main use, it has been shown to relieve depression. Medicinally contraindicated for those taking pharmaceuticals that suppress immune function or thin the blood. However, a dieta can often reverse the need for those pharmaceuticals.

Tobacco One

(Protection, Cleansing, Connection)

Prerequisite: Completion of one Jungle Dieta in our program.

Tobacco is the most important Master Teacher Plant for most indigenous cultures throughout the world. This grandfather spirit was the first to have a relationship with people and was the one who taught us how to talk with nature.

Dieting Tobacco strengthens your connection with all your dieta plants, past and future. It opens many doors in the nature realm so you have access to more profound powers. In this dieta you will learn how to smoke Tobacco in a conscious way to bring healing to yourself and your family. Smoke is never inhaled into the lungs, but only brought into the mouth and blown out with reverence in prayer. We encourage you to sit with your pipe once per day during this dieta and to blow the tobacco smoke. This is done in place of drinking a plant tea.

Tobacco brings your prayers and intentions directly to the ears of the Creator. The divine smoke from these sacred leaves is the visible breath of God/Goddess. This dieta offers and opportunity to dive deeply into sacred ancient ritual to reconnect with a time when speaking to Mother Earth with Tobacco was the way we worshiped life.

Tobacco Two

(Ancestral Healing)

Prerequisite: Completion of Tobaya Dieta or Tobacco Dieta One

In this advanced Tobacco dieta you will focus on clearing your personal ancestral lineage from your cellular DNA. Because Tobacco is a master at clearing, cleansing, and healing he holds you in impenetrable protection as you engage with the deeply held traumas and wounds of both your matriarchal and patriarchal lineages through out all time and space.

In this dieta you will create an ancestral alter. The work you do with Tobacco will not only clear imprints of disease from your DNA, but heal the bodies and minds generations gone and generations to come in your lineage. Your work will also be a service to Mother Earth. As you clear the destructive energies perpetrated by your ancestors in war and abuse, you release the pain that the earth has held because of it.

Jungle Dieta Workshop Experiences

We offer progressive experiences each time you do a jungle plant dieta with us. An experience is the supportive email program, guided meditations, and other tools that you receive to aid you in your individual journey. The experiences are completed sequentially, each one building off of the previous experience by providing more advanced lessons and deeper guidance along the way.

Once you sign up, we will fit you into your experience level based on the number of jungle plant dietas you have done with us before.

Experience One

When you start your first dieta with us, you will start with Experience One. This experience is tailored to help you understand the ancient Peruvian dieta process and our dieta system, which works with a very specific and amazing spiritual, energetic container. The emails and the guided meditations are tailored to guide and support you throughout your journey.

Experience Two & Three

These experiences are meant for those who have dieted one or more plants with us previously. This provides you with fresh content, new guided meditations, advanced breathwork exercises, and detailed guidance to further build your relationship with your plants.

Advanced Dieta

This experience level is for those who have completed Experience Three. Here we empower you to step into a deeper, more expanded relationship with the Master Teacher Plants. Again, we provide the tools you need for your journey, but this time you have access to all the tools upfront, so you can flow with your own process and decide what you need in order to engage fully and completely. Here you will have the opportunity to choose to dive deeper into physical detox with guidance for cleaner eating and living. We expand this experience with recorded sound healing sessions and advanced guided meditations to build highly refined spiritual energetic structures around your body to connect to star energies and universal consciousness.
